Owner David Kacena has been a lifetime resident of the area and a licensed Realtor since 1988. His property management experience began in 1974. Dave is a member of The Iowa City Board of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of The Greater Iowa City Apartment Association where he serves on the Board of Directors.
