- Tenant is responsible for insuring all personal property of tenant desires insurance. Landlord's insurance does
not cover Tenant's personal property. Tenant may be held liable for damage to the rental unit caused by
Tenants' neglect or coverage, by landlord's insurance.
- Renters insurance covers your personnel belonging against losses from smoke or fire, lightning, theft, explosion,
vandalism, windstorm and water damage from plumbing.
- It will also cover your responsibility to other people injured at your home, or elsewhere by you, a family member
or pet and pays legal defense costs of you all taken to court.
